Invalidations will no longer just be based on confirmed cheating. Any student caught with a device in the testing environment will have his/her test invalidated. Possession or improper use will result in disciplinary action in accordance with DCSD Student Code of Conduct. Cell phones cannot be returned to the student and/or parent until an investigation is completed by the state.
